NAVIS Founder, Katherine Caffrey

I thrive on complex challenges. Executing a big, bold vision is something I love to do and have a proven record of doing.

After almost twenty years in local government, most recently as Deputy City Manager for the City of Cedar Park, Texas, I decided to focus my energy and utilize my unique experiences to guide municipalities to tackle large-scale, project work.

During my time in city government, I oversaw everything from public safety to community development to quality-of-life services. But my real special sauce has been tackling major strategic projects that were important to a city council, executive leadership and the community.

Leading high-stakes initiatives at NAVIS puts that expertise and experience to great use. I know how to develop a strategy that takes into account the goals, relationships and pain points of a project. In the end, I help clients realize their vision, save budget and keep their project on track.

I’m invested in your project’s success and am ready to jump in at any stage of the project whether you are in the initial visioning and planning stages, developing an implementation plan and vetting potential partners, or need help navigating the challenges any ambitious project presents.

NAVIS is a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) through the City of Austin, and also a certified Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) in the state of Texas.
