I thrive on complex challenges. Executing a big, bold vision is something I love to do and have a proven record of doing.

After almost twenty years in local government, most recently as Deputy City Manager for the City of Cedar Park, Texas, I decided to focus my energy and utilize my unique experiences to guide municipalities to tackle large-scale, project work.

During my time in city government, I oversaw everything from public safety to community development to quality-of-life services. But my real special sauce has been tackling major strategic projects that were important to a city council, executive leadership and the community.

Leading high-stakes initiatives at NAVIS puts that expertise and experience to great use. I know how to develop a strategy that takes into account the goals, relationships and pain points of a project. In the end, I help clients realize their vision, save budget and keep their project on track.
